## 从细微观察到准确概念

Oki Sato（佐藤オオキ）是 nendo 的 CEO 与首席设计师。他1977年出生于多伦多，在早稻田大学取得建筑学硕士学位，并于2002年成立 nendo 东京事务所。

Oki Sato is the CEO and chief designer of nendo. Born in Toronto in 1977, he completed a master’s degree in architecture at Waseda University and established nendo’s Tokyo office in 2002.

事务所横跨室内、建筑、家具、产品和平面设计。许多项目都始于细小观察：一个熟悉动作、一处未被注意的边缘，或某种感知变化，再将其转译为空间与物件。

The studio moves between interiors, architecture, furniture, products and graphics. Its projects often begin with a small observation: a familiar action, an unnoticed edge or a change in perception that can be translated into form.

Rather than relying on spectacle, Sato frequently uses restraint, humour and precise detailing. The result can appear simple, yet the clarity is supported by careful control of material, proportion and interaction.

这种方法让 nendo 能在不同尺度之间保持一致。商店、椅子或小型物件可以共享同一种概念经济性，同时回应各自的用途、生产方式与场所。

This method allows nendo to work consistently across very different scales. A shop, chair or small object can share the same conceptual economy while responding to its own use, production process and context.
