Designed by Ivy Studio in downtown Montreal, Minnibar brings an untouched concrete shell, principles of Japanese minimalism and precisely detailed custom furniture into a 160-square-metre setting that shifts from daytime café to evening restaurant. ## 中央核心组织昼夜转换A central core organises the shift from day to night 近方形平面围绕封闭的中央核心展开，厨房、酒吧与披萨操作台被整合其中。客人从临街的日间咖啡区进入，沿核心移动时，空间无需标识便逐渐过渡为餐厅。 The near-square plan is organised around an enclosed central core containing the kitchen, bar and pizza counter. Guests enter through the street-facing daytime café and, while moving around the volume, transition into the restaurant without relying on signs. 前窗长台贯穿立面，在完全开放的披萨炉前降低高度，形成近似omakase的亲密座位。可移动餐桌、单侧卡座和面向入口视线的斜向DJ台，让不同时间与人数的使用保持灵活。 A long counter follows the front glazing and drops in height beside the fully exposed pizza oven to create an intimate, omakase-like perch. Against this direct architectural backdrop, off-white, grey and sharp black gain depth through hand plaster, heavily textured stone, opaque stained timber and translucent textiles. 三角形母题持续进入木作与细部。奶油色石材吧台采用厚重的皮革状表面，斜向不锈钢脚踏与黑色木作形成清晰边界，酒窖则从三角形窗口中若隐若现。 A triangular motif is carried consistently through the millwork and details. In the dining area, black-stained tables on triangular bases meet Ivy Studio’s first in-house chair: ashwood finished in a bespoke opaque soft yellow, with substantial curved legs resolving into a delicate backrest. 这些家具并非附着于混凝土框架上的装饰，而是负责把近六米层高转换为适合身体停留的尺度。木材、石材、金属与织物之间的触感差异，也让严格单色的空间避免显得平面。 Rather than decorating the concrete shell, the furniture translates the almost six-metre-high volume into a scale that supports the body. The upper glazing receives the same treatment to filter daylight. 中央艺术屏风配置可控光源，使餐厅氛围能够随时段重新切分；格栅面板则隐藏辅助照明，同时改善声学。最终，披萨炉、DJ转台、粗粝混凝土与日式安静感被组织为一个完整而不过度表演的餐饮空间。 A central art screen with controllable light sources allows the atmosphere to be recut across the day, while slatted panels conceal secondary lighting and improve acoustics.
