User Agreement

This document sets forth the rights, obligations, acceptable use policies, and code of conduct governing your access to and use of 01DES services.

Special Notice

Welcome to 01DES. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using 01DES, especially clauses presented in bold font regarding limitations of liability, intellectual property, payments, refunds, and dispute resolution.

I. Scope of Agreement & Definitions

1. This Agreement applies to the 01DES platform, mobile web portals, and associated digital services.
2. "01DES Services" encompass architecture showcases, studio directories, editorial publications, design assets, and AI Design features.

II. Account Registration & Security

1. Users must provide accurate registration details and maintain password security.
2. Report unauthorized access immediately via hi@01des.com.

III. Professional Profiles & Practice Standards

1. Designer and firm profiles must reflect truthful practice credentials and accurate project attributions.

IV. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities include:

1. Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or personal data rights;
2. Unauthorized scraping, mirroring, or compiling bulk AI training datasets;
3. Bypassing access controls, rate limits, or digital rights management.

V. Submissions & User Content

1. Users retain copyright over their original submitted works.
2. Submitters grant 01DES a non-exclusive license to format, curate, translate, and showcase submissions on the platform.

VI. Platform Content & Intellectual Property

Copyright complaints and takedown notices should be directed to hi@01des.com.

VII. Design Assets & Licensing

1. Digital asset downloads convey limited use licenses; redistribution or inclusion in public AI models is prohibited.

VIII. Payments & Refunds

1. Instant digital asset deliveries are subject to statutory exceptions regarding discretionary refunds.

IX. AI Design Tools

1. AI outputs provide experimental inspiration and do not replace certified structural or architectural engineering.
