工业遗产中的声音现场：Apple Music Hall 落址巴特西发电站

Within Battersea Power Station’s brick walls and steel structure, Apple brings performance, spatial audio, filming, mixing and broadcasting into one permanent music venue.

Industrial structure as a performance backdrop

Apple Music Hall 位于伦敦巴特西发电站北端，可容纳600名观众，是 Apple 首个永久现场音乐空间。场馆俯瞰涡轮大厅 A，与 Apple 位于发电站中央的欧洲总部相邻。

Apple Music Hall occupies the northern end of London’s Battersea Power Station. The 600-seat venue is Apple’s first permanent live music space and overlooks Turbine Hall A beside the company’s European headquarters.

设计由 Apple 内部团队完成，并由 Apple Places 副总裁 Kristina Raspe 领导。项目保留两侧砖墙和舞台后方的大型钢桁架，让原有结构成为现场体验的一部分。

Designed by Apple’s in-house team led by Apple Places vice president Kristina Raspe, the hall retains the flanking brick walls and monumental steel joists behind the stage.

装饰艺术被转译为光与观看关系
Art deco reimagined through light and viewpoints

跨越场馆的四道流线型发光拱券回应发电站原有的装饰艺术设计。拱券之间设置青铜色包厢，以较小尺度的观看空间环绕主场地，在大型工业体量中建立更亲密的观演关系。

Four illuminated streamlined arches reinterpret the power station’s art deco language. Bronze balconies inserted between them create smaller viewing rooms overlooking the main hall.

一场演出同时完成声音与影像生产
One performance, a complete production workflow

场馆配备11.5米宽舞台，可在全坐席、全站席或两者混合的模式之间转换。48扬声器空间音频系统负责声音覆盖，16台固定摄像机则能同步捕捉演出。

The 11.5-metre-wide stage supports seated, standing and hybrid configurations. A 48-speaker spatial sound system and 16 hardwired cameras capture sound and moving image together.

主场地旁设置两间专业录音与混音工作室，使一次现场演出可以同步产出 Spatial Audio 录音、可播出的混音和多机位视频。Apple Music Radio 也迁入建筑。

Two professional recording and mix studios allow a single show to yield a Spatial Audio recording, a broadcast-ready mix and multicamera video. Apple Music Radio has also moved into the building.

在再生建筑中建立新的公共文化层
A new cultural layer within a regenerated landmark

巴特西发电站由 Giles Gilbert Scott 设计，停用约40年后由 WilkinsonEyre 完成改造，并于2022年重新开放。Apple Music Hall 进一步把持续发生的现场文化生产嵌入这座大型工业遗产。

Designed by Giles Gilbert Scott, Battersea Power Station reopened in 2022 after WilkinsonEyre’s refurbishment and roughly four decades of dereliction. Apple Music Hall adds a permanent layer of live cultural production.

Apple Music Hall 的意义不只在于把新设备放进旧建筑，而在于让工业结构继续参与声音、观看与制作的发生。

Apple Music Hall does more than place new technology inside an old building; it allows industrial structure to keep shaping how sound, viewing and production unfold.
